Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, television host, and Author. He is the President of Believers' World Incorporated, also called Christ Embassy International. Chris Oyakhilome Background Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. After his secondary and primary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained an BSc in Architecture. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC). YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the headquarters of the church. Believer's LoveWorld is now home to millions of associates and followers across the world. Through the atmosphere for miracles series, BLW became Africa's most well-known Christian ministry via television. The program was canceled in May of 2004 after the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches must stop broadcasting miracles. Pastor Chris's Ministry comprises four different branches: publishing ministry; the healing ministry, television ministry and the teaching ministry. The NGO was started in 2005 in order to assist vulnerable, low-income orphaned children around the world. This foundation aids these poor children and communities by providing participation-based and sustainable interventions like child development programs for childcare , family strengthening programmes for innercity mission for children's schools, as well as other programmes. Trauma Care International Foundation The Trauma care International Foundation was established to enhance the health and life expectancy of local communities as well as nations. The foundation also advocates for improved emergency response services in case of accidents or emergencies. This foundation will help support national policies on trauma care by supporting their advocacy and health education as well as community-based programs. The foundation has carried out over a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response training.
